need po kasi namin sa SSS death claim po nia.
namatay po sya ng 1999 ngayon lang po namin maasikaso ung

In reply to Anonymous. A cyber libel case is a criminal case. You would need to go through the evidence with a court prosecutor. Please note also that evidence must be sufficient - ytou would need to discuss with a lawyer to see what is possible

We are contracted by a client to process their payroll. I reached out to their Manager to inform them about the situation with the aim to strategize. When I browse through some of the conversations that they had with their team; part of it is to pull my hair and that they should eat me when things fall out. They also said something about my son. This Manager told her team that I called her and she intentionally didn’t answer my call because she might say something that she should not say. To sum it up, they said a lot of inappropriate things.
Their Manager gave a wrong information about the payroll schedule to her team which causes unnecessary commotion. My intention when I gave a heads up is to strategize with them. Can this be considered a cyber libel since their conversation is in a form of group chat? Or is there any other legal consequences that I can make?
